Absolutely loved the new facilities and the cozy onsen in the basement - perfect for relaxing together after a busy day exploring the city. Our room was pristine, and the staff, although not overly chatty, always had a smile and were accommodating. Plus, the location couldn't be more convenient, close to a bustling shopping district and easy access to both airports.

The limited laundry units and ineffective drying function caused some frustration, especially when others were waiting. Also, the thin walls didn't shield us from street noise, which disrupted our peace at times.
